1. The length of your introductory period will be either 12 months for purchases and balance transfers or 3 months for balance transfers only, depending on our review of your application and credit history.
2. No points will be earned on balance transfers, cash advances, overdraft protection advances, any checks that access your account, money orders, finance charges, unauthorized or fraudulent charges or fees of any kind, including fees for products that protect or insure the balances of your account. Maximum point accumulation is 5,000 per month/60,000 per year. Points will expire after 60 months.
A service fee of $14.95 will be charged for the use of travel agency services for mileage redemption. Subject to program restrictions including space and fare availability, 21 days advance ticketing and Saturday night stay. Flexible Rewards are redeemable for flights on American, Delta, United, Continental, Northwest, U.S. Airways and other major airlines. Flexible Rewards are not transferable to other frequent travel programs. Your Flexible Rewards membership guide will be mailed after your first statement.
